Flight Story: Beauty social & influencer strategy Rimmel & Max Factor

In 2023 I partnered with London-based agency Flight Story (founded by Steven Bartlett of a Diary of a CEO) to develop the influencer and social strategy for two of Coty's flagship beauty brands: Max Factor and Rimmel London UK. My work covered competitive analysis, brand positioning and content pillars, with a strong focus on building creator advocacy and strengthening each brand's presence on social.

The deliverables included a clear strategic framework with content direction and creator and talent collaboration recommendations for both brands.
