Denk Pharma: Social media & Creator strategy

In 2025 Denk Pharma approached me to develop their TikTok strategy for their food supplement range. The work started with a deep dive into the supplement market, competitor research and the social media landscape, alongside creator suggestions tailored to the brand. The insights I delivered made such an impression that Denk Pharma asked me to expand the scope into a full multi-channel social media strategy covering TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Facebook.

The final deliverables included a comprehensive strategy document with tone of voice and creative guidelines for each platform, and a shortlist of vetted creators. The strategy also included positioning recommendations to help Denk Pharma find a distinctive and credible voice in a crowded category.

Since launch TikTok has grown to 26.8K followers, Instagram to 2.3K, and the quality of their content has visibly improved with a stronger focus on social-first content and reels across both platforms.xxx
